I truly enjoyed my stay and had a very good experience. the property was clean and modern! the staff was attentive and skilled during my arrival and throughout my visit. I got a quadruple room with great natural ventilation, a shower, and a balcony as expected. the location was stunning—a short walk to everywhere I wanted to go. This hotel is situated in a nice quiet area.

The venue is clean and features a lovely spa lounge. the updated room is beautifully designed, complete with a spacious bathroom. Breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. There is a great pool and convenient parking right at the entrance. Everything was perfect during my stay. the location is conveniently close to Szépasszonyvölgy, gardens, and vineyards located on the hills. it was a truly great stay, just like always.

The hotel is fully equipped and offers exceptionally comfortable beds. the staff is very helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. the premier suite includes a safe, a minibar, and a sofa bed, adding to the convenience. Breakfast features a great variety of goodies, catering to diverse tastes. the unbeatable location in a nice, quiet area makes it perfect for relaxation, complemented by excellent facilities.

Lovely location in Eger hills, surrounded by wineyards, and near Szepasszonyvolgy, great outdoor pools and spa area, nicely renovated rooms and very affordable parking facilities

Double bedroom under rooftop with poor air-conditionning, large and empty single bed room with two small size (80cm/31 inch-wide !) singles not quite suitable for an adult, small bathroom, hotel spread out over a few different buildings, with rooms, pools and breakfast all on differents premisses. All in all, poor value for money for a hotel outside Budapest and probably better options available nearby.

Quiet, great spa, located in a beautiful park unfortunately the first booking made was refused because of credit card problems, after this incident my credit card was blocked by the bank; the reason why is not clear until now;

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Villa Volgy Wellness & Konferencia. the hotel's location is fantastic, being next to 'the Valley of Beautiful Women' and a lovely park in that area. the staff were very polite and provided exceptional service. it was just a short 10-15 minute walk to Grosvenor Casino Plymouth.

It's proximity to the wine cellars. Also, it's located on the outskirts of Eger. The hotel spa is nice. The restaurant is good for dinner. Breakfast is excellent.

The value for money was great, I got a comfortable room with a clean bathroom. The location was perfect, just a 15-minute walk from the city center. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The morning meal could have been improved with better coffee.

Nice buildings and garden, good location, but many small, but annoing issues.

Extra bed was useless, uncomfortable even for my son. Very cold pool water despite the sun powered heating system. Probably pool heating wasn't work at all. The staff is not to so friendly at least major part of them, depend of the daily shift. Little customer care training recommended. Don't expect greeting from the staff of the restaurant, wellness, gardeners when you meet them or just walk by. (Exept pool bar guy, he was ok) Be carefull by booking, the standard rooms are only 3 stars however it is not mentioned on booking site, only on the hotel own page. We were lucky to book superior room , wich was 4 stars
